How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Once payment is received, all orders will be processed immediately. It takes generally 3-5 working days to receive your order.
How do I register my Kiiroo device?
Go to 'Register your device' on Kiiroo.com. Enter your details in the boxes provided. Select ‘GO’ to make your account. The next page is your account, where you will find your devices, downloads, and personal details.
How do I set up my device?
First of all, read the Authenticity Card and Set Up Instructions enclosed in the product box. These will direct you to the registration process online, where you can download the program and begin your warranty. This is the first step to using KIIROO and starting your cyber dildonics experience. In the Kiiroo manual, you will find everything you need to know in order to set up your device. The tabs will take you through every step of the process. The Authenticity Code is located at the bottom, on the reverse side of the card supplied in the product box. It is 13 digits long. What is the Bluetooth pairing code?
The codes are: '1234' or '0000'
What is a bluetooth-dongle?
A dongle is a small USB stick that sends and receives Bluetooth signals. This can be used to boost signal from a home wifi or work from a pre-paid SIM card. You can purchase a dongle here.
Which operating systems does Kiiroo work on?
The platform works on OSX 10.8 or later, and Windows 7 or later. Earlier software does not support the features of the program.
What are the internet speed requirements for interactive videos?

How do I update my FeelMeNetwork account info?
Go to 'my account' and click on 'password' to submit a new password. For other enquiries, please contact info@datoromedia.com
How do I retrieve my account info?
At the log-in section, choose 'forgot password?'. Submit your username and e-mail adress. Then click 'submit' and your account details will be sent to your e-mail adress.

Can I connect and view interactive videos on mobile?
This is currently not possible. We are working on updates for mobile applications.
What types of lubricants are safe to use with Kiiroo devices?
Because Pearl (our female vibrator) is coated in 100% medical grade Hygiene Silicone, we recommend using only water-based lubricant with it, as silicone-based lubricants can break down silicone toys. With Onyx (our male masturbator), we recommend a water-based lubricant to ensure that the sleeve material stays strong and intact.
How can I clean my device?
After finding ourselves frustrated trying to clean and reassemble other masturbators, we decided to make Onyx easy. You simply remove the internal sleeve, rinse it thoroughly with water or a very gentle soap, let it dry, and slip it back into place. Clean your Onyx every time you use it, regardless of whether or not you ejaculate.
Pearl is just as simple. Because Pearl is splash-proof, you can run it under warm water from the tap and wash it with antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. It’s best to clean Pearl before and after every use and to always store it inside of the included satin carrying bag.
